Did you know – It's a crime in Massachusetts for a divorced couple to live together?
Massachusetts General Law 208 § 40 makes it a crime, specifically adultery, for a divorced couple to "cohabite" as "husband and wife."
So here is the trick, if you are divorced and living together, do not tell people that you are still married, otherwise you are committing the crime of adultery.
